I had the nighttime and day time ones, both did nothing and I saw no effects even when I upped the dose to 3x what they recommend. I would save your money since this stuff is expensive for how much they give you, or look for alternatives. Really wanted it to work

Could be stronger but have seen a difference

I can’t say this will be the same for everyone but I noticed vivid dreams when I took it in the morning, and went to bed that night. So like 12+ hours later. 2ml as the recommended dose in a 15ml bottle goes pretty quick. Especially if the dose that works best is a bit higher for someone. I can say that I have treatment resistant insomnia and it’s pretty severe. This did help with sleep more than a lot of other things I’ve tried. I would recommended it for anyone to try at least once. As an ongoing supplement goes it could be good for occasional use or for a 1 week regimen. If there was a generous 60ml size that lasted a month I’d say it’s worth subscribing if it helps sleep, but as a daily supplement it would be cost prohibitive (for me at least).

Too weak

It’s very weak, not working for me. Can’t feel anything and still can’t remember my dreams even when upping the dose 3 fold. I wanted to love it but it’s too weak for me.

A great new addition to my daily routine

A friend turned me onto Euphoria and Lucid a few months ago, and I could not be happier he did. Probably like a lot of other people out there, with all the things life likes to throw out you, it’s easy to become a little overwhelmed, underslept, and stressed, and these two really simple additions to my daily routine have and continue to make me feel a little better in all those areas.
