Returns

We’re excited for you to try Wonder! If you receive your first order and decide it’s not for you, please send an email to hello@wonderversewellness.com within 7 days of receiving it and we will happily refund your first order. Please note we will send you a return label and ask for the remaining unopened bags except for the first one you opened to be returned.  

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Oh no! If something is wrong please contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right!

Can I Cancel My Order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. If you are looking to update the address, please send us a note to hello@wonerversewellness.com ASAP so we can try to do that for you. Please note if the order is already in the postal system, we are unable to adjust the address and it is your responsibility to collect the order from the provided shipping address.
